1. What’s included in your cleaning service?

We pride ourselves on making our properties sparkly and shiny for the next guests and adding personalised touches to really encourage a great review! Each time we visit we will:

  • Clean and dust all surfaces
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Clean and shine bathrooms and kitchens
  • Replenish essentials including loo roll and toiletries, tea and coffee and bin bags
  • Make the beds with fresh linen
  • Leave fresh towels
  • Ensure your property is presentable and ready for your new guests arrival.

We are also happy to pop milk in the fridge or leave a bottle of wine or chocolates it’s small touches the guests remember! We do of course invoice for the supply of all products you wish us to supply or replenish.

2. Who does the cleaning?

We all get stuck in and have a small team of specially selected Airheads who are superstars at making your property shiny and new again. We like to allocate properties to the same Airhead for extra care and attention and your peace of mind.

3. How long will the clean take?

We start at minimum of 2 hrs which is usually for a 1 bed flat and 4 bedroom house is around 5 6 hours. Once we have visited your property we will be able to give you a set time. After a thorough clean and bedmake up, we will ensure your property is guest ready and all set for your next booking.

4. Who supplies the cleaning products?

We do. If you have a vacuum and a bucket and mop that’s a help, no worries if not, we’ll bring our own.

5. What’s included in your check-in service?

Our welcome hosts will get in touch with your guests before arrival to ensure they have everything they need for a stress free arrival.

  • We will greet your guests with a warm welcome
  • Give them a tour of the house
  • Point out everything they need to know
  • Give customised local recommendations
  • Advice on parking

Our welcome hosts are local and have a fantastic knowledge of the area. Once the booking is confirmed just leave everything to us.

6. What hours are you able to check in my guests?

All day every day. Our check-in rates start from £20 to £50, dependant on the time of day and location.

7. Do you do laundry?

Yes. Prices start at £15 for 2 people. We don’t supply linen so you will need 2 sets for us to turnaround. We wash, dry and iron to a very high standard. No creases here!

8. Do you report on the post stay guest conditions?

Absolutely. We will report back to you within the 48hr post checkout period in the unlikely event you need to use the Airbnb resolution centre. The Airbnb Host Guarantee will cover every booking up to £600,000.

9. Do you offer maintenance call outs?

Yes, we can arrange for maintenance. Contact us for pricing and more details.

10. Do you work on weekends and bank holidays?

Yes, we do. We don’t work on Christmas Day, Boxing day and New Years day.

11. What if I just want you to do checkins?

That’s fine! That’s the beauty of Airhead; we will do as little or as much as you need us to do.

12. What does online booking management involve?

We will look after your Airbnb account, respond to and vet booking enquiries and ensure you have a high response rate. This will give you the freedom to not have to worry about a thing and enjoy the benefit of your payouts at the end of the month.

Using this service along with our cleaning and checkin services will give you a great chance of getting to Super Host status and becoming more prominent in the listings.

13. What if I need to get hold of you urgently?

We are always available, night and day. As we live in the heart of the City we are available if an emergency arises. We hold keys for your property so for example, if the guest(s) lock themselves out, we can help them out.
